DMCA & Copyright Policy
BeatCombo is a browser rhythm game where players upload audio and the site generates playable charts from it. We respect the rights of copyright holders and respond to valid notices of infringement.
Report infringing content
If you own the rights to audio or other material on BeatCombo and want it removed, email support@beatcombo.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown and include:
- The URL(s) of the chart page(s) on beatcombo.com (for example
https://www.beatcombo.com/chart/…). - A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to the reported content, usually within a few business days, and notify the uploader.
Counter-notice
If your upload was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, email support@beatcombo.com with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice, identifying the removed content and explaining why it should be restored, along with your contact details and signature.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material may be suspended.
